Security and your consent
Benefits
The Client zone makes our communication much faster. You will find what you need within seconds, without waiting for an email. You can upload photos straight from the building site and we have them immediately.
Risks
The storage is protected by a password and an encrypted connection. The chance of documents leaking is minimal, but it cannot be ruled out completely, for example in the event of a hacker attack. If you give your login details to another person or log in from someone else’s device, we are not responsible for any leak of documents.
Your decision
We believe the benefits outweigh the risks, but we respect your wishes. If you have truly sensitive documents, do not upload them, and tell us in advance if you do not want us to put them there. Before preparing the project documentation, we will always ask for your consent to store it in the Client zone.
Guide
How to log in
- Click the Log in to the Client zone button above.
- Enter the username (or email) and password you received from us.
- You will see your project folder. You cannot see other projects or other clients.
Your browser will remember the login. On another computer or phone, you will need to enter your username and password again. On someone else’s computer, always log out when you are done (your icon at the top right → Log out). We are not responsible for any leak of documents if you give your login details to another person or log in from someone else’s or an unsecured device.
Uploading files from your phone
Open the folder, tap + and choose Upload file. Select photos or documents, several at once if you like, and wait until they have uploaded. This way you can upload photos right on the building site. It is even easier with the free Nextcloud app for Android and iPhone.
Uploading files from your computer
Open the folder and drag the files into the browser window, or click + New and Upload file. To create a new folder, use + New and New folder.
When we ask you for photos of the building
At least 20 photos, mainly from outside: the building from all four sides, each corner at an angle, the roof, chimney, gutters, windows, doors, entrance, terrace and surroundings. Take them in daylight and hold your phone horizontally.
Password
Never send your password to anyone. You can change it at the top right: your icon → Personal settings → Security.
Project structure
Every project has the same 12 folders
The folders follow the way a project progresses. Most of them hold our working files, which are available to you at any time. There is no need to wait for an email – just take a look. And I would be glad if you did the same: upload documents, photos and questions straight into your project, where we and the colleagues working on it will find them right away.

Free for you
Client’s own storage
With your project, I also offer you your own space for photos, notes and documents, free of charge. It is the only folder where you can also delete files and organise everything your own way. Everything about your building is in one place, backed up and available on your phone too.

Terms of use
- The Client zone is for files related to your project.
- Do not upload content that infringes copyright (for example illegally downloaded films, music or software) or any other illegal content. By uploading files, you confirm that you have the right to them.
- Files are stored and backed up on our domain for as long as the studio operates. For important documents, we recommend keeping your own copy as well.
- Only you and our studio have access. Other clients cannot see your files.
- Do not share your login details with anyone. If you share them with another person, you are responsible for doing so.
- We only store documents in the Client zone with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will delete the files.
