Through renovation and extension, we are turning the original builders' merchant into a more distinctive, contemporary and recognisable retail building.
The design keeps the original business running but fundamentally changes its architectural expression and the way the building communicates with customers. New façades, glazed surfaces and prominent vertical signage create a clear identity for the building and increase its visibility within the site. The solution also includes adding two new floors, accessed by a separate external staircase, which increases the building's capacity while separating the new spaces from the existing business.
