Instead of taking up more land, we are increasing parking capacity where parking already exists.
We are converting an existing 95-space surface car park into a two-storey car park with a total capacity of 159 spaces. The design thus adds 64 new parking spaces without enlarging the original car park area. A light envelope with greenery helps integrate the building visually into the residential surroundings and softens its technical character.
