The investor intends to remove the existing building and replace it with a new mixed-use building combining housing, retail and parking in one compact urban structure.
The ground floor contains covered parking for 36 cars, together with a retail unit and a space suitable, for example, for a café. The upper floors contain a total of 17 flats with balconies and glazed surfaces facing both the town and the inner courtyard. In the second phase of the design, the main volume was set back from the original street line to reduce overshadowing of the neighbouring building and to respond better to the surrounding development.
