The design works with clean cubic volumes, large glazed surfaces and prominent balconies that also create covered sitting areas on the ground floor. The individual units are separated by greenery and hedges, supporting privacy and a natural division of the gardens. Planting on the balconies and green roofs softens the architecture and helps create a more pleasant residential character for the whole ensemble.
