A triplex house working with a simple shared volume, divided into three separate family homes by the articulation of façades and entrances.
The design combines three dwellings into a compact whole with a gable roof and a clean contemporary expression. The individual parts of the house are distinguished by the rhythm of the façades, the glazing and the materials, while keeping a unified architectural language. The result is efficient housing for three owners within one shared volume that looks calm and fits naturally into the surrounding buildings.
